Issues with new tv 42LH50 from LG...Please Help?

I just bought a new 42LH50 LG LCD tv. I am trying to download the downgrade 3.15 file and it didnt work...any help will be appreciated.

If you can also post a link for 3.15 and the latest firmware link it would be very helpful!
