Blu-ray player questions?
I recently bought a Sony KDL-40V5100 which is 1080p and 120 Hz. I hooked my PS3 up to it with a high end HDMI cable yet my blu-rays are still being shown in widescreen instead of full screen. Is there a setting I need to change to fix this?
You are confused.
If you pop in a BluRay of a HD TV show - it will exactly fit your screen. This is because your TV is exactly 16:9 ratio and all HDTV shows are shot to fit 16:9 exactly.
But movies - different story.

I bought this TV as a Christmas present for me. I got a great price through Amazon. E 'was $ 100 less than the nearest source local. Free shipping too! I have satellite TV and the picture looks good.
