Trying to decide between these 2 for video gaming, HDTV, and Blu-Ray watching.

Seems the only difference is a different menu, internet connectivity and the W series has a 100000:1 dynamic

Answer The W also have better color, improved sound (if that matters), Internet Video, and more wide modes when used with a PC. It is a better TV; you will have to decide if those improvements are enough to justify the price difference.
