I bought this after 32 "Samsung stopped working with some HDMI sources. I still love Samsung, but after one mysteriously stopped working I decided I would try something new. And I'm glad I did. The 52 "size is really perfect for my room. This is definitely a great set, but not so large that the images feel too stretched across its surface.

Initially I was very disappointed by the quality of image.The problem is that when the light sensor is activated, the cursor backlight can be set to full power, but you have only a fraction of the incredible brightness of Set. Although the light sensor seems to be a great feature, I found that, overall, it has been too aggressive in reducing the brightness, so I have to recommend it is extinguished. Ironically, it works better in bright rooms than dark. Once you have full control of the backlight, this game stands out. The contrast is excellent (my camera has a contrast ratio of 2000:1, and it does not capture the image of this television is entirely).So I can believe it has the 5000:1 contrast screen that Sony claims.
